Through an analytical study of the links between the development of the modern biotechnology and the society, multiple questions appear for the bioethics and the law related to the consensus. This book presents the possibility to take as a starting point the genetic manipulation of life organisms and realize a systematic study about the ethical and juridical repercussions derived from the genetic engineering regarding the industrial property right, the health rights and specially the environmental right: the protection to the vegetative, animal and human diversity.
